Project Name: “Digital Twin on Smart Manufacturing”
Project Duration: 2024 – 2026
Summary:
Digital Twin is a three-year project funded under the ERASMUS+ program. The Digital Twin project aims to develop a course providing theoretical knowledge about Digital Twins along with hands-on practice through remote laboratories. This way, the Digital Twin project will provide industry a new technician profile that will a) integrate the traditional skills of the industrial automation with new competencies about the virtualization systems and digital twin and b) support the deployment of digital transformation in a company to generate a new service model based on big data. This will make available a new thinking way that will substitute the actual industrial working flow.
