About this course
Expected learning outcomes
The course provides the necessary information and methodology to: 1. Introduce students to the fundamental principles of scientific agriculture. 2. Make students understand the concepts of agricultural systems and their components. 3. Examine the relationship of agriculture to human survival and human interactions, the place of agriculture in human history and how it relates to population growth and the roles that the consumption and production of food and fiber play in society.
