Blended Intensive Program (BIP) in Entrepreneurship & Technology Transfer Principles

Introduction

The Blended Intensive Programme in Entrepreneurship & Technology Transfer, coordinated by Hellenic Mediterranean University (Crete, Greece), guides students from idea to venture. Combining online sessions with a hands-on week in Crete, it covers customer discovery, technology transfer, IP, and pitching, earning 3 ECTS.Open to all academic backgrounds, it is a chance to build real entrepreneurial skills alongside students from partner universities.

Learning Objectives

  • Understand the innovation process and apply methods for practicing Technology Entrepreneurship

  • Understand evidence-based entrepreneurship, identify real problems, and assess the value of intrapreneurship

  • Conduct marketplace conversations using customer archetypes and personas to refine ideas

  • Articulate ideas through design thinking, implement them using SCRUM, and craft an Evidence-Based Pitch Deck
