We invite students from the Department of Agriculture to apply for the Erasmus+ Blended Intensive Programme (BIP) “Climate Change Impact on Global Horticulture – Trends and Challenges” to take place at University of Agronomic Sciences and Veterinary Medicine of Bucharest, Romania.

The Blended Intensive Program (BIP) titled „CLIMATE CHANGE IMPACT ON GLOBAL HORTICULTURE – TRENDS AND CHALLENGES” aims to design a project based learning activity to improve students’ teamwork competences and communication skills, while coaching them through the basic concepts of horticulture and landscaping to prepare the participants to face global climate changes. In the meantime, the project aims to achieve several key objectives: Understanding Climate Change Effects, Identifying Regional Impacts, Examining Trends: discussing current and emerging trends in horticulture that are influenced by climate change. We will explore different fields and laboratory methods for the identification and assessment of the solutions imposed by climate change in horticultural technologies and landscape design.
